    Ruth Streveler came to Purdue’s School of Engineering Education in 2006 after 14 years at the Colorado School of Mines (CSM). She was the founding Director of CSM’s Center for Engineering Education and has been PI or co–PI on several NSF–funded projects. She received her BA in Biology from Indiana University–Bloomington, MS in Zoology from the Ohio State University, and Ph.D in Educational Psychology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Her primary research interest is conceptual change.
